Transfer Orientation is a half-day event that’ll help you begin learning the ins and outs of UT Dallas.

Transfer Student Leadership Program

If you’re interested in earning a leadership certificate, taking part in service opportunities and social events, and meeting other like-minded students, we encourage you to explore our Transfer Student Leadership Program and consider the ways it might help you succeed at UTD.

Tau Sigma National Honor Society

If you earn a 3.5 GPA or higher during your first semester at UT Dallas, you’ll be eligible to join the Tau Sigma National Honor Society!

Tau Sigma members meet once a month for a general body meeting and participate in service projects and social events throughout the semester.

Transfer Events & Appreciation Week

Every semester, we host events that are designed specifically for those who’ve transferred to UTD, regardless of your major or how long you’ve been on campus.

We’re especially busy during our Transfer Appreciation Week each fall, and we’d love for you to stop by, load up on free food, and meet other students.
