Castle in the hills abroad

International Education

At UT Dallas, transfer students can participate in our International Education programs, including students who’ve just recently transferred from other institutions.

But here’s the thing: If you’re new to campus and you’re interested in possibly having an international experience at some point during your time at UT Dallas, we want you to explore your options now instead of waiting until later.

If you wait too long to get started, you might not be able to take advantage of these unique educational opportunities.

Six Tips for Getting Started

  1. Visit the International Education website and go to the Find a Program page. You’ll be able to learn more about the program types available at UT Dallas and ways to get connected.
  2. Request an appointment with an international education advisor to learn more about international education opportunities and answer any remaining questions.
  3. Use the Comets Abroad Portal to search for different opportunities. Explore international education programs using the portal’s interactive map search tool and advanced search features
  4. Learn more about the International Education application process, including information about eligibility, important dates, application steps and study abroad credit
