Housing

The University Housing team here at UT Dallas manages on-campus living options for approximately 5,500 students each year.

From residence halls in University Commons to apartments in University Village and Canyon Creek Heights, University Housing is here to help students who might be interested in living within walking distance of classrooms and on-campus dining options.

Please note that housing is almost always in high demand. If you’re interested in exploring on-campus housing options, you’ll want to get in touch with University Housing as soon as possible.

If on-campus housing is unavailable, you can begin exploring off-campus housing options with the Dallas Off-Campus Housing website.

The Northside Apartments are the closest off-campus housing option and are within walking distance of campus.

Dining

UT Dallas offers all kinds of dining options, including Dining Hall West, the Student Union food court, coffee shops, food trucks, convenience markets and popular fast-food franchises.

Check out the Dining Services website for a full list of dining retailers plus information about hours and delivery options.

Interested in a meal plan? For added convenience, you can connect your meal plan money to your Comet Card to be used at the dining hall or retail locations across campus.

If you’ve got any additional questions about either housing or dining options at UT Dallas, please contact the University Housing team or check out the Dining Services website
