Student Organizations

One of the biggest mistakes you can make after transferring to UT Dallas is not getting involved in one of our 300+ student organizations.

We know that time’s precious, but getting involved in a student organization is much more than joining a club.

It’s connecting with like-minded peers who share your interests and passions and who’ll help you get more involved at UT Dallas, expand your network on campus, and gain new experiences doing something you love.

The Student Organization Center oversees all campus organizations, from profession-oriented groups to recreational and gaming clubs.

Don’t know where to start? You can…

  • Check out the Student Organization Center website and explore the wide variety of organizations we’ve got here on campus.
  • Fill out the Student Organization Match Card and let us know what kinds of student organizations you’re interested in. Once you do, a team member from the Student Organization Center will get in touch with you in two to three weeks with a list of organizations that match your interests.
  • Can’t find an organization that aligns with your interest? You can start your own group! Simply submit an application, and the Student Organization Center’s team will work with you to get things going.

If you’ve got any remaining questions about getting involved in student organizations here at UTD, please get in touch with the staff at the Student Organization Center.
